Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Westford

Staff here are amazing, the rooms are pretty standard and very spacious, I love the little closet in the kitchen area where I ended up keeping the trash so it wasn't kept under the sink so making fish didn't smell up the room with the packaging since I kept it in that closet. But the staff is the selling point. They are so kind and informative, I got strep from visiting a friend in the area and they helped me find an urgent care closet and told me the best pharmacy to get medicine. Will definitely be back, 10 out of 5 stars

Front desk staff and house keeping were very kind, professional and so friendly. My kids and I had a very good time while guests at this hotel. Indoor pool is nice and clean. Nice full breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Free wifi and can sign into certain streaming services you already subscribe to. The king bed was super comfy and the location of this hotel is also ideal. Close to Market Basket, Starbuck's, 5 Guys, Marshall's and more. My room had a kitchenette which was super helpful as I was staying with my kids. Special shout out to Danielle and Mary for being so engaging and kind. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Used this place while we were having a house renovation. Clean, friendly staff and decent breakfasts. We had a 2 bedroom suite for a family of four and it was definitely better than joining hotel rooms. The kitchen is basic but well stocked.

Westford this is the place having all suite rooms. Check in very quick, rooms are huge with basic kitchenette ( I had two bedroom suite) so a living room with dinning table. Comfortable beds, bathroom of ok size, basin outside bathroom,they don't provide major toiletries like shaving kit, dental kit etc. Enough space in the wardrobe and drawer stand. Missing is a locker vault in rooms. Breakfast is very basic and not well laid. Trash cans were filled with disposables and hardly a place to put more. The guy managing breakfast was doing his duty and not as you do in the hospitality industry. There is nothing around it,if you don't have q vehicle, you get stuck here. All points goes best because of the rooms they have.

From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed with great hospitality and friendly faces. The hotel maintains a consistently clean and comfortable environment, making it a true home away from home. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the respect and care shown by the entire staff, especially housekeeping. As a pet owner, I deeply appreciated their patience and consideration for my dogs. They always wait for me to confirm that my dogs are out of the room before entering, ensuring an stress-free experience for both me and my pets. The front desk team is exceptional, with Mary, Darwin & Danielle always greeting me with warmth and friendliness. Their customer service skills truly made a difference in my stay. Additionally, Assistant Manager Amy went above and beyond to create a homelike atmosphere, making me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Residence Inn to anyone looking for a long-term stay option. The dedication of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and overall welcoming environment make this hotel a top choice. I will definitely return in the future!

Clean rooms. Good for extended and short stays. Good location. comfortable beds.Breakfast served. Quiet neighborhood and shopping avnearby. Will need a car.

We've stayed here on several occasions. We love the 2 bedroom suites and the breakfast selections. We have family nearby and it makes for a excellent rendezvous place.

The place was great, my first experience was 5 years ago when Esmeralda, was on the front desk, now they still have Darwin and Ramona, Ramona went out of her way to help us. Great, for me I really needed assistance that day. And now let’s talk about food/breakfast very important, Sonia on weekends and Mark weekdays amazing, clean, excellent service spoke with other clients and they were all in agreement in how clean, professional and most important delicious food they serve I’ll be back thank you
